For leadership — operational clarity strong enough to support sound decisions.
For organizations — vision unobstructed by fragmentation.
This was not product thinking.
This was institutional thinking.
I was no longer asking where I fit inside a system.
I was defining the kind of system future professionals deserved to inherit:
